Need to purchase something using Department Charges?

Here is the easiest method

  • Send us an email directly or by contacting us below.
  • List items you need, include our SKU # if you can, with description.
  • Include your Department Charge account number and your Department Name
  • If you want to order more than 1 quantity/item, please state in body of email.
  • We will email you when your order is ready.
  • Orders processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays between noon and 1pm. Pick up times are 1-3pm on those days.
  • Pickup in front of Campus Police
  • If you cannot make it during those times, please email us and we will arrange pick up with campus police.
  • Please wear a face mask when entering campus, for your safety and ours.
