Student ID and/or employee ID are required to purchase textbooks online.
General merchandise may be ordered by anyone online and shipped anywhere in the continental US.
NOTE: For your added security, out of state orders may need to be verified to avoid potential scams.
Placing an Order
Placing an order is fast, easy, and 100% secure.
You will need your student ID, class code and section. (Example: ACC-101-001)
Please call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information if needed.
You may select free in store pick-up or shipping via UPS Ground.
$12 for the first item, $0.99 each additional item.
The MCC Bookstore assumes no responsibility for incorrect address, payment or account information.
Please also make sure that your address information is correct with the college.
All financial aid sales will automatically be sent to the address that is on file with the college.
You will receive order, shipment/pick-up confirmations via the email provided.
Online orders are not processed Fri-Sun, so please take that into consideration.

Drop a class? Need to Return a book or item?
All textbooks must be returned by the last day of the 2nd week of class to receive a full refund,
regardless of the reason for the return or when the book was purchased.
Return dates listed on receipt/website/refund policy. All books purchased after the return deadline are considered final sales.
A receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges.
We do not have the capability to look up receipts.
All text titles purchased for the mid-quarter start will have until the end of the 10th week to be returned.

The bookstore will verify all mid-quarter start titles that are returned before any refund is processed.
All shrink-wrapped and packaged items must be returned unopened. Access codes must be unopened and the silver coating unscratched.
Hardware, software and electronics can only be exchanged if they are defective or are in their original unopened package.
If you miss the return deadline, you may have an opportunity to gain some money back for your books during our textbook buyback.
The buyback dates will be posted online and in store as they approach.
All other apparel and supply items must be returned in saleable condition and must be accompanied by a receipt. All clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
