Online Ordering (w/ Gift Cards)
If you have a Gift Card, you can apply it to your order for full payment or partial payment using these methods:
1: At checkout, you have to choose between Financial Aid or credit card. If you know your gift card will cover the full cost of your total, choose Financial Aid, and instead of entering a student ID, enter in the Gift Card number found on the back of your card.
Gift Card numbers start with "GC900XXXXX"
2: If your order is more than your gift card, do the above method, then in the "Special Instructions" section at check out, enter any additional gift cards you may have.
3: If you only have the one gift card and you want to pay the balance with a credit/debit card, do method listed above under (1:) then select Payment Method again, and select Credit card.
Enter in your credit card information for the balance due.
4: If you do not know the balance due or your gift card amount, we will always verify before we complete your transaction and apply the balance due to your credit card.
Placing an Order (w/Credit Card or Financial Aid)
You will need your student ID, class code and section. (Example: ACC-101-001)
To pay with your Financial Aid, at Checkout, select Financial Aid and enter in your 7 digit student ID.
Your Student ID number is found under "Self Service", then click on the "Hamburger Icon" (3 horizontal Lines)
Click on "User Options", then "User Profile"
Your student ID number is shown under your name.
If you are Renting a textbook, and using your financial aid to pay for the fee,
You will have to also enter a credit card to secure the rental in the event it is lost or not returned.
NOTE:If your credit card is declined or if you don't have enough financial aid to cover your order, we will notify you and then the books will be re-shelved. You will have to re-order.
General merchandise may be ordered by anyone online and shipped anywhere in the continental US.
NOTE: For your added security, out of state orders may need to be verified to avoid potential scams.

You may select free in store pick-up or shipping via UPS Ground.
$12 for the first item, $0.99 each additional item.
The MCC Bookstore assumes no responsibility for incorrect address, payment or account information.
Please also make sure that your address information is correct with the college.
All financial aid sales will automatically be sent to the address that is on file with the college.
You will receive order, shipment/pick-up confirmations via the email provided.
Online orders are not processed Fri-Sun, so please take that into consideration.

Drop a class? Need to Return a book or item?
The bookstore follows textbook return refund deadlines for dropping classes the same as registration does.
The last day to return a regular start textbook for a FULL refund is the end of the 2nd week of term with receipt.
The book must be in sellable condition, have a receipt, and if applicable not opened if it was shrink wrapped, and code unopened (or not scratch off).
We do not have the capability to look up receipts. Return dates listed on receipt/website/refund policy.
If your book is being used for a mid-start class, you can return it for a full refund with receipt by the end of the 10th week of term. Again, the book must be in sellable condition, have a receipt, and if applicable not opened if it was shrink wrapped, and code unopened (or not scratch off).
The bookstore will verify all mid-quarter start titles that are returned before any refund is processed.
All books purchased after the return deadline are considered final sales.
If you miss the return deadline, you may have an opportunity to gain some money back for your books utilizing our textbook Sellback online.
In-store buyback is currently unavailable due to COVID-19.
