Shipping Policies

All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route. You may select free in store pick-up or you may select to have your items shipped via UPS Ground. Please check your order submission and account information carefully. The MCC Bookstore assumes no responsibility for incorrect address, payment or account information. Please also make sure that your address information is updated and current with the college. All financial aid sales will automatically be sent to the address that is on file with the college (regardless if the information is changed in the checkout screen); the MCC Bookstore assumes no responsibility for incorrect or out of date contact information that is on file with the college. You will receive order, shipment  and pick up confirmations via the information provided. All relevant processing and order dates will be posted on the website. All textbooks must be returned by the last day of the 2nd week of class to receive a full refund, regardless of the reason for the return or when the book was purchased. These dates will be posted on the website and in store. All books purchased after the return deadline are considered final sales. Upcoming return deadlines will be posted online and in store as they approach. A receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges; we cannot process a refund or exchange transaction on any item without a valid MCC Bookstore receipt. We do not have the capability to look up receipts. All text titles purchased for the 2nd eight week start will have until the end of the 10th week to be returned. The bookstore will verify all 8 week titles that are returned before any refund is processed. No refunds will be processed due to a dropped class or withdrawal, unless the book is returned within the regular return window. All shrink-wrapped and packaged items must be returned unopened including but not limited to, access codes, shrink-wrapped books and electronics. Hardware, software and electronics can only be exchanged if they are defective or are in their original unopened package. If you miss the return deadline, you may have an opportunity to gain some money back for your books during our textbook buyback, which is operated by an outside company near the end of each term. The buyback dates will be posted online and in store as they approach. All other apparel and supply items must be returned in saleable condition and must be accompanied by a receipt. All clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
