Online Ordering (w/ Gift Cards)

If you have a Gift Card, you can apply it to your order for full payment or partial payment using these methods:

1: At checkout, you have to choose between Financial Aid, Gift Cards, or credit card.
Enter in the Gift Card number found on the back of your card.
Gift Card numbers start with "GC900XXXXX"
2: If your order is more than your gift card, select Payment Method again, and select Credit card and enter in the balance due.

Placing an Order (w/Credit Card or Financial Aid)

You will need your student ID, class code and section. (Example: ACC-101-001)
To pay with your Financial Aid, at Checkout, select Financial Aid and enter in your 7 digit student ID.
Your Student ID number is found under "Self Service", then click on the "Hamburger Icon" (3 horizontal Lines)
Click on "User Options", then "User Profile"
Your student ID number is shown under your name.

NOTE:If your credit card is declined or if you don't have enough financial aid to cover your order, we will notify you and then the books will be re-shelved. You will have to re-order.

General merchandise may be ordered by anyone online and shipped anywhere in the continental US.

Shipping Policies

You may select free in store pick-up or shipping via UPS Ground. $20 for the first item, $0.99 each additional item.

The MCC Bookstore assumes no responsibility for incorrect address, payment or account information.
Please also make sure that your address information is correct with the college.
All financial aid sales will automatically be sent to the address that is on file with the college.
You will receive order, shipment/pick-up confirmations via the email provided.

Drop a class? Need to Return a book or item?

The MCC Store Refund Policy
A valid MCC Store receipt/packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges.
January 16 - Spring Starts
Regular Start – Last day to return date – Jan 26th
March 12 - Mid-Quarter Start
Last day to return date – Mar 22
All are final sale after this date.
Access codes or shrink-wrapped books must be unopened/unrevealed.
Digital books must have less than 10% usage.
All returns are subject to store discretion.
All (non-textbook) merchandise must be returned within 30 days and be unused, unworn, unopened and in otherwise saleable condition.
Electronics must be returned within 2 weeks and in saleable condition.
Damaged electronics may be exchanged only if dead on arrival.
Clearance items, art kits, and/or their supplies are not refundable.

Don’t let your paid order become “Abandoned”!
Any orders not picked up either 30 days after order process finalized – or – after the “Last day to return by” date, whichever is sooner, will be considered abandoned. No Refunds are given to abandoned orders.
